A passion for academic excellence

empowering our students to become confident, well-rounded, and resilient young people

Founded in 1997 as one of the foremost Bilingual Schools in Equatorial Guinea by the visionary Mrs. Esther Akpofure, Victory College wasn’t born, it soared. Mrs. Akpofure, having already played a pivotal role in establishing the Nigerian Equatorial Guinea International School(NEGIS), dreamt of nurturing exceptional individuals, not just academically, but morally as well.

The first set of Nursery school students were admitted in 1998, with a class of bright-eyed nursery students, taking flight at the first location Behind Cine Marfil in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. Back then, it was known simply as VCM was known as Vida Billingue. Over the years we have boasted of having world-class teachers of varying nationalities who have nurtured our students to greatness.

Early on, Victory forged a unique partnership with All Saints Bilingual College in Cameroon, providing a seamless transition for Primary school graduates seeking secondary education. This fruitful collaboration laid the foundation for our commitment to fostering well-rounded global citizens.

The year 2006 marked a new era. Victory College, as we know it today, was born. A magnificent secondary school section rose, and the entire institution took root in its permanent home at Alcaide Malabo.

Victory College’s legacy is etched in the achievements of its alumni. Today, they are scattered across the globe, making a remarkable impact in various fields. Visit our alumni section and be inspired by their stories.

For over two decades, Victory College has empowered thousands of students to become not just successful individuals, but leaders who leave a lasting impression on their communities
